Delectable delights and well-loved classics await guests who step into the hotel’s “dining room,” including comforting and familiar dishes that remind them of home. At the same time, guests can look forward to elevating their brunch period by way of roving live-action stations, including a free-flow oyster and champagne trolley.

Rooted in the concept of “gueridon service,” The Grand Kitchen’s throng of culinary experts takes its cue from this tableside practice and prepares select dishes a la minute. Whether it be torching a richly layered omelet or digging into a rich, juicy slab of beef wellington, here is what guests of the Sunday Brunch can expect.

For PHP 3,400 net per person, guests can enjoy an indulgent buffet spread and a chance to get a taste of 3 roving live-action stations, like the following:

Omelette Arnold Bennett - Fresh eggs meet a fresh catch in this flavor stunner. Smoked haddock tops this open omelet before being generously doused in a creamy sauce and capped off with grated Parmesan cheese. The finale is a searing torch to perfection before being served – a true gastronomic experience for the senses.

Coulibiac - Who knew a most unusual combination could become a Russian staple? A pastry crust is stuffed to entirety with side dishes like rice, salmon, mushrooms, hardboiled eggs, dill, and shallots. It is a meal in the making that can curb a starving appetite, and at the same time, gives you the taste of everything.

Beef Wellington - Also known as “filet de bouef en croute,” a luscious whole beef tenderloin is wrapped in chicken mousse and mushroom duxelle, before being carefully rolled in a shortcrust casing. A round of glazing and baking does the trick before being dripped in a peppercorn sauce and sliced for serving.
