Executive Chef Luca Angioletti has tailored smart rotating menus that offer six courses to meet the satisfaction of the discerning diner with an unlimited choice of salad to start to a hearty lunch or dinner, followed by tasty soup, a variety of noodles and dim sum, Italian authentic pasta, along with a fine selection of fresh fruits and desserts.
For the main entrée, there is an extensive selection from Cucina’s grill station, featuring three delicious fish options, tender beef fillet, juicy chicken leg or homemade lamb skewers, served with a generous side of seasoned vegetables and steamed rice. Freshly baked French baguette, Rye and Sourdough bread are likewise offered.
Diners can also pair this memorable dining experience with a free flow choice of beverages including Iced Tea, carefully selected house wines, local beer and soft drinks for an additional PHP888 net per person.
