Crafted by Chef BoonHoe Bun, Summer Palace’s lobster lineup features a tantalising array of new signature dishes that highlights flavours and tender textures of this prized seafood. Meet your new favourites starring the Wok-fried Lobster, Bi Feng Tang style, a delectable lobster dish cooked in a crunchy layer of garlic and breadcrumbs studded with chillies and bell peppers, and the Braised Lobster Noodles in Superior Sauce, silky rice noodles enveloping sweet, succulent lobster meat. Rates start at Php4,100+.

Because it takes two, Summer Palace presents paired dim sum creations. Guests can enjoy two distinct dim sum creations each day of the week, meticulously crafted to offer a delightful and varied dining experience in every bite.
