Circles Event Café
Savor the rich and diverse flavours of Indonesia at Circles Event Café, the hotel’s all day dining restaurant, featuring beloved dishes meticulously prepared by Chef Rizki Wijatmoko, Executive Sous Chef at Shangri-La Jakarta. This limited time offer highlights authentic Indonesian dishes such as Bebek Betutu Bali, Gado Gado, Rendang Minang, Sop Buntut and Kambing Bakar Maranggi. Available for lunch and dinner until 26 August 2024. Rate starts at Php2180 nett. Circles Event Café is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner, Fridays to Mondays from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Shang Palace
At Shang Palace, the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant, guests can now enjoy a newly curated a la carte menu crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Chan Po Sang. Chef’s Signature dishes include Salt-baked duck with black mushrooms and winter bamboo shoot, Poached spicy US beef with pickled cabbage and Stewed pork belly with taro and preserved bean curd. Each dish reflects a blend of tradition, modernity, and delicate flavours.
Until 30 September 2024, Shang Palace invites you to indulge in Yum Cha Feast, featuring unlimited dim sum with servings of appetizer, rice, noodles, congee, main dish, and dessert. This special offer is available Mondays to Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Php1688++ per person. Shang Palace is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Mid-Autumn Festival
Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with the timeless tradition of mooncake gifting. Makati Shangri-La offers an exquisite selection of mooncakes such as white lotus seed with double egg yolk, traditional mixed nuts, red bean and rose, black sesame and matcha, red wine and dried raspberries, and passion fruit with Tieguanyin tea. Available until 17 September 2024, these moon-shaped treats come in elegant boxes perfect as presents symbolizing unity and togetherness. Sage Grill
Over at Sage Grill, Chef Pablo Ramirez introduces a new lunch menu, perfect for quick power lunches. Featuring a selection of starters, Chef’s specialties, comfort food, sandwiches and desserts, this menu is ideal for business professionals looking to make the most of their midday break. Diners can also create their own set meal by selecting two or three courses from the menu. Set meal rate starts at Php1,180++ for a two-course meal. Sage Grill is open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Tuesdays to Saturdays. Must try signature grill items include the West Flanders Red Purebred, Belgium grass-fed, dry aged 38 days tenderloin MB2+ and Oedslach Purebred Netherlands grass-fed 56 dry aged bone in rib eye MB3+. Other signatures include tuna tartare for starters and fruit baba for dessert.
Lobby Lounge
At Lobby Lounge, guests can unwind amidst lush gardens with a refined afternoon tea experience. Enjoy a selection of savory and sweet nibbles served with freshly brewed tea at Php2,650++ good for two persons. As the evening unfolds, elevate your dining experience with nightly live entertainment from 7:30 p.m. To 11:30 p.m.
Sinfully at Makati Shangri-La
Lastly, satisfy your sweet tooth with Sinfully at Makati Shangri-La’s array of irresistible treats, including Cubies, a delightful treat with a flaky exterior and soft indulgent center that comes in 11 mouthwatering flavors from savory to sweet. Also on offer are melon pan, cakes, and fruit tarts.
